factory resert clears all personal Data and apps

 I pressed the Factpry reserts clears all personal Darta and apps options 

and in my ionic one X appears I wanted to restore it and have the apps again

 please help

Yes, that is what  Factory reset does. You have to set it all up again as you had it before. There is no simple way to get it back to how you had it.
