Hi all im in QLD Australia. I have an Ionic and it is currently on firmware version 27.32.10.20
On the android phone app or when logged into the website on a Windows laptop i dont see the latest firmware version as being available. How do I get the latest firmware version?

We released Fitbit OS 2.2 to a small subset of Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa customers. If you already have Fitbit OS 2.1 on your watch and want to upgrade to Fitbit OS 2.2, you can factory reset your device to receive the update.
*Please note that factory resetting your device clears all data from the watch including music, Fitbit Pay information, and apps. All your Fitbit data is still available in the Fitbit app.
If you’re having issues updating from a previous version, we’re working on making the update more widely available.

A warm welcome to the Community @Moustache, @Reaywing! Just as @tg.yannick and @Rich_Laue have mentioned on the post shared. Currently, the firmware update has been released to a small subset of Fitbit Ionic and Versa customers. However, if you would like to have it on your watch, you can factory resetting your device just keep in mind that this will clear all data from it.
You may want to subscribe yourself to the main thread for any update or official information.

@micld please see the pined thread and you will notice that you have the latest firmware.

@tg.yannick is correct in that you have the latest installed.
