Best AnswerMy only other suggestion would be to let it he battery die.. If the tracker does not stay on long enough to go to settings, about, shutdown.
Either way yuvneed to contact Fitbit so that the issue is documented. Save and record the case number.
Best AnswerBest of luck to you. Same thing happened to me. It was caused from the recent firmware update. Fitbit informed me there is no fix...I now have a $300 piece of junk. I'm just barely out of warranty so they won't replace the watch that has failed due to an update Fitbit created. They may have lost a loyal customer.
