Hi there, I am in the process of setting up my Fitbit Ionic. I am trying to download the Fitbit Connect app to get music on my device, but the page I keep getting directed to for the download (fitbit.com/support) seems to be down. Is there a way I can get the Desktop app (for Mac) without having to open up this page? If not, is there an eta on when this page may be back up? Thanks!

That's strange, the normal download site is http://www.fitbit.com/setup
If this is not working for you then the direct links are:
Mac: https://cache.fitbit.com/FitbitConnect/FitbitConnect-v2.0.2.7241-2018-07-25.dmg
Mac 10.5: http://cache.fitbit.com/FitbitConnect/FitbitConnect_Mac_20140519_1.0.3.5510.dmg

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the response! So the link you sent is unfortunately down. The direct link works great! That being said, this version of Fitbit connect does not include the option to add/sync with a Fitbit Ionic. I find this odd since the version seems to be dates 2018 and the Ionic was released in 2017. Am I missing something? Thanks again for your help!

There's something weird going on with these links as it's working fine for me. I wonder if it's some sort of issue with your setup?
I'm not a Mac user so a little out of my depth here but I checked the Ionic manual and it says:
"For the best experience, use the Fitbit app for iPhones and iPads or Android
phones. You can also set up Ionic on Windows 10 devices. If you don’t have a
compatible phone or tablet, use a Bluetooth-enabled Windows 10 PC"
I note a distinct absence of the word Mac.
