I have a fitbit ionic. I had it connected tomy old phone and that phone is now water damaged. Im trying to reset to factory settings so I can connect it to my sons phone as Ive gifted that fit bit ionic to him for his birthday. Unfortunately I have tried to rest it by holding all 3 buttons down on the fit bit as instructed by the internet but it starts up again and shows the fit bit logo. I then push a button and it shows unlock with phone. Like I said that phone is now broken. What do I do. Please help!!!!!

Hi @chaz1046  whenever you have a question, it's always best to stop by the forums first.

To factory reset your device:

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

See if that helps. If not, let us know.
