impossible to transfer music

I've been trying for hours to transfer 4 songs to my watch, but it keeps disconnecting the Wifi or Bluetooth

Watch is not even a day old, and nothing but freezing or stuck in transferring on my phone.

Disabled bluetooth on my phone, otherwise I can't connect it to my PC.

 

And when it finally transfers, everytime after 2-4 minutes it just disconnects.

tried resetting the watch several times, and nothing..

 

Is there a special trick for it,  or am I regretting getting this watch?

ok problem resolved..

 

The only way to sync is using an Itunes playlist.

The Fitbit playlist maker doesn't seem to work,  it keeps disconnecting.

Reported it as a bug when i was chatting with the Fitbit support.

And turn off Bluetooth from your phone as well during the process.
