interval timer issue

Hi,

I have a fitbit ionic and i have gone on the web dashboard to change the interval timer settings.  I have synced the app since then several times as well as restarted my fitbit but it is still not updating the new interval settings on my watch. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I’m having exactly the same issue and have tried those same steps to fix it, without success.
