ionic Black Screen

 Hi I can push reset and the fitbit icon shows up and I will have a screen as long as I keep touching it. Then it goes black. Tapping doesn't work. Tapping at base near bottom doesn't work. Buttons don't turn it on. Turns of wrist don't turn it on. I have to reset it to get it to light up. Is this a faulty fitbit or am I missing something?

Is this a new ionic? Have you installed the app and activated the watch via the app, until you do the screen won't show anything until it is set up.  Sorry if this seems obvious but from your post I can't tell if it had been working before and has now simply stopped or if it is a new watch that you haven't setup fully yet.

Thanks for responding. I figured it out. The screen was set to auto brightness and in a dark room I couldn't read it. Switched brightness to normal.
