@kiara1216, the band did not get totally clicked into the the connectors when you changed them. Firmly press the band downward (from the top) onto the post to ensure it clicks firmly onto the tracker.
It took me a couple of tries and a firm push to get it right. When I heard the "click", I knew it was right.
Best AnswerThe band on the Ionic keeps coming off. I was really excited about my watch and thought it would be a great watch since it is 300 dollars and it is a 4 star device. My arm was too small for the large band so I put the small band on and it did not stop coming off. Fibit please help me resolve the issues otherwise I will return the watch and get something else.
Best AnswerMy Ionic doesn't make a click noise when I attach the Band to the Screen. Should I exchange the watch with another one

@girygrfyiysdhcd, see the posts just above on how to firmly press the band down until it clicks onto the post.
Best AnswerI did follow the instructions and it still doesn't make a click noise and still falls off

@girygrfyiysdhcd, if it is not clicking, it is not being pressed down firmly enough. Try wiggling it slightly while pressing very firmly, it will snap into place.
