Hi all,
Yesterday, I bought my wife a brand new rose gold ionic watch, and after a short moment of happiness the most important feature for her, music playback - doesn't work properly.
I stored one mix- song - around 70MB file, paired BT headphones (the same ones which I used to connect with my phone without any issues), and after a short start of the music, 20 seconds or so, music stops. We tried to change a clockface, we enable the always-on option, we changed a wrist according to some suggestions of other fitbit members, but without success...
I saw some posts from 2018 about the same issue, but I was not able to see solution.
Is there any fix for this problem or we should try some other brand?

my watch did this same thing before it became non-responsive, if i were you i would return this watch. This watch struggles to pair with many Bluetooth wireless headphones.
