have just put my ionic on after charging it and have got a "clockface error go to Fitbit mobile app and try another clock" which I have done and none of them work. only had this for two weeks and not impressed. can anyone help

@Abbottw, ensure you have the Ionic WiFi configured and connected before attempting to change the clock face in the Fitbit app - the Ionic uses WiFi to download/install the clock.

Hi I am having this same error message too. I am not able to reset the watch as I am not able to open any of the options. I am on the same Wi-Fi but my Ionic watch still doesn't work..any help

No need to open any of the options. Just follow the indication written at the following link
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
(make sure to press the button Ionic/Vesta/Blaze at the botton of the article).

My ionic started showing the Clock Error' message today. I restarted it many times. Any clock face that has a few stats on it gives this error message. If I load a very basicscreen, it works. I have had the Flashring 2 screen for a long time, with no issues, until today.
What is wrong?
