quit working several days ago, I plugged in the charger and let it sit, but nothing. Holding buttons, I get a 0% charge sign. ordered a new charger from Amazon, tried it with the
same result. any ideas?

Try restarting the watch several times. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
