My ionic stopped syncing with my iphone since the last fitbit iphone app update 3 days ago. I disconnected the device from my phone and set it up again and it worked to sync one time, but it's not syncing automatically anymore... and its not doing anything when i press on the "sync now" button either.

this unfortunately happenned to me again today...
once more, deleting and reinstalling the fitbit app on my iphone was the only thing that worked.
(closing and opening the fitbit app/fitbit device/iphone again, disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth, removing and reconnecting the device in the app, updating the iphone firmware... all DID NOT work)
To the fitbit staff : you should add deleting and reinstalling your app in the troubleshooting articles as this seems to be a recurring problem

I finally got it working by deleting and reinstalling the fitbit app on my phone. Reinstalling the tracker did not work

My ionic stopped syncing this afternoon. I restarted my watch and nothing changed. Then, I restarted my iphone and it worked again.
