ionic not working

I've had issues recently with my Ionic not swiping properly. Tried a factory reset but no improvement. I kept it in time mode but it jumps randomly to other apps. tried another factory reset and now its just died. Won't charge, no screen. nothing. less than 18 months old. extremely disappointed.
