Best AnswerRestart it several more times. Ifbthe screennjs still unresponsive then try a factory reset usingbthe buttons. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

I just went through lengthy phone support which did not solve the problem. I am told to send the ionic back , wait for confirmation, have a replacement sent, 1 month delay. This is a 6 month old Ionic. I am very disappointed in this customer service . In the past, with less expensive models (blaze) a replacement was shipped immediately,
i will be switching to a different tracker and recommend to all that they do the same. Fitbit does not live up to its warranty.
I agree. My ionic was only 8 months and the touchscreen became unresponsive. No replacement was offered. If these products don’t even last a year, why spend any more money on poor craftsmanship. I’ll be doing business elsewhere. Looking at garmin.
I had mine 18 months and only was offered a 25% discount on a new one. I have been a customer for almost 8 years and bought several products for me and my family. At this price and quality and treatment time to move on.
See thing happened to me... 7 months just out of nowhere touchscreen stopped...spent time going through all the trouble shooting steps, did no good... customer service was no help... Of course even though I bought it new on eBay through a highly rated seller... They were not an authorized retailer.. so could not replace it... I went to Garmin vivoactive 3 GPS... I have had it for 3 weeks now and love it...finding that the Garmin does more that fit my needs... Sync works great with txt and notifications.. also I golf and you can track distance to the hole and it's really accurate.. just download the course you are playing and bam,!! Later Fitbit!! Loved the Surge lasted 2 years no issues.. but ionic big thumbs down!
