Ionic was working fine yesterday and overnight the watch stopped working. Tried charging but but face is blank and would not charge. Iphone does not see it and tracking data missing for past two weeks. Any suggestions?

Hi @sjp777 have you tried raising your problem to Fitbit customer service officer through live chat? I believe they are helpful to your situation.
I experienced this as well and i guessed that water seeped into my watch. Prior to what you faced, the symptoms for my case screen turned on and off by itself as if i pressed the button. Likewise, there was no responses on the screen when i pressed the button at times.
And the battery % dropped from 100% to 0% within 3-4 hours.
