WHile walking yesterday my ionic turned off   it is fully charged and I did not drop it or hit it or anything   now I can not get it to even turn on   help

Have you tried charging it? Simply placing it into its powered up charger should turn it on.

If you are certain it is fully charged as you said, the try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
