ionic will not charge will not hard restart

Hi All,

 

Any advice, my Ionic will not charge, tried 2 different charging cables andtried to wall charger, portable  charger and charging from my computer all with both charging cables and no luck.

 

It will not let me to a hard restart, i am lucky to get the o% charge icon show on watch.

 

ANy Advice ?

Mine is the same. Just gone 2 yrs old and for a watch that originally cost $450 not happy
