Hi all
Bought myself the p20 pro not knowing that it won't work with my ionic as website says compatible with os 5 or above and the p20 pro is os 9.0 so thought should be fine but received a email from Fitbit saying not compatible so I have taken it to the trading standards and ombudsman as when they advertise the ionic it doesn't mention anywhere in the advert to check if you're phone is compatible so fingers crossed will get a positive outcome will update this when I have resolved it very disgruntled Steve

Your feedback is appreciated, Fitbit is always working on improving based in your comments. I was checking the list of compatible devices and your Ionic should sync properly to your phone. I would like you to try this set up procedure and if you're not able to set it up then try this troubleshooting.
