my ionic is locked..

shows "Unlock your device with Your phone" on my phone app it shows the device lock is enabled, when I tap it it looks for a pin and gives the message "Error registering with Fitbit Wallet Error Connecting to Ionic> Make sure it is close by and turned on. Have had this device for almost a year and have never had this issue..

When you tap it, the Fitbit app is looking for the same unlock you use to unlock your phone .

The app is checking to see if you are authorized to use your phone.

Once the phone unlock is entered, I use my finger print, you will be able to unlock or change the pin on the ionic.
