not able to select transfer music on ionic

When tapping the music icon on my Ionic it flashes for a split second and then goes off so doesnt give the option of selecting 'transfer music' Rebooted watch several tmes by switching off and on no difference . All other buttons are working fine.

100% charged and does the same thing even when plugged into power supply.

@Melonie109 you don't use the Ionic to transfer music to the Ionic. 

If your asking about Deezer or Pandora then the Fitbit app on the phone will work. If your asking about music store on the computer then we need to do this through the Fitbit app on the computer.

You might be asking about controlling, through the wrist the music on your phone.
