I've noticed my Ionic is not receiving notifications. this has been happening for over a week, based on the last notification I received.
Checked settings, notifications are on. checked in the app, my notification settings look correct.
Restarted phone
Restarted Fitbit
Sent a test call notification to my fitbit before and after restart. no notification received.
Any thoughts on how to resolve?

@SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having with notifications on Ionic. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.
Are you using a compatible device?
If you haven't done so already, tap an hold the left button on your Ionic to access the Quick Settings. Check if notifications are "On" there.
If they are, but still nothing; please try all of the steps shown on this article. Try them in the order given for best results. This should certainly help you out with this.

Having the same issue.
- I've done 2 factory resets and still receiving intermittent notifications

What type of phone are you using? Is it a compatible device?
