You should be able to pair with any bluetooth headset. I have paired mine with the Flyer and also a couple of other less expensive bluetooth headsets that I purchased on Amazon.

Need more information. So walk me through the steps you took to link the headphone. The steps you took on the Ionic and to put the Skullcandy into findable mode.

OK. First turn off Bluetooth on the iPad before trying again. Second you don't need the phone to link the headset to the Ionic. Have you linked the Flyer to the iPhone? If you did then turn off Bluetooth on the phone. Next put the Flyer on findable mode by holding down the on button for at least 2 seconds. Now go to the Ionic settings and Bluetooth and see if it can find the Flyer.
