Hello!!

My fitbit is not charging since months and I have been trying different things and not resolved.

While I plugged to charger It's displaying 0% battery and showing "Data not cleared sync and try again".

How can I rectify this!!

I'm tired of all stuff, can anyone suggest something?

This can happen if it is still connected to the Fitbit app and also via Bluetooth. Remove it from the app and also Bluetooth.

 

Do a search in the forum for Data not cleared Sync & try again. There should be a mountain if archived information on this issue.
