Ionic not syncing with iPhone 8

Keep getting message on iPhone 8 that Bluetooth not working. Now it won’t sync with my ionic Adidas watch and message Device not found.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thank you so much for responding. I tried the advice given but eventually I deleted the device from the app and then reconnected. It now seems to be working. Thx again

I tried the same thing, but I was not able to reconnect my device. When I contacted Fitbit support, they instructed me to try resetting my watch to factory settings and when I did that, it went completely dead.  I am so disappointed with the quality of Fitbit products...

Thank you for getting in touch. I removed the ionic from my phone and then reconnected. Fortunately that worked.
