Keep getting message on iPhone 8 that Bluetooth not working. Now it won’t sync with my ionic Adidas watch and message Device not found.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Best AnswerI tried the same thing, but I was not able to reconnect my device. When I contacted Fitbit support, they instructed me to try resetting my watch to factory settings and when I did that, it went completely dead. I am so disappointed with the quality of Fitbit products...
