Trying to upload my bike ride from yesterday - the ride is logged on the dashboard, but when I try to see all of the stats and the map, it just comes up with "Error".  Anyone know how to fix it please?  Same on my phone and on my pc.

Try a RESTART, Sue.  Do it several times if necessary.

@SueM23 Is the bike activity over a few hours, if so I have a Support case lodged  for my HR graphs which display OK on the phone but on the PC, if the hours are of long duration I occasionally get an error. It's been acknowledged as a "known" issue with no time frame to fix.

 

When that happens I have to split the Activity.

Hi there, yes it was an all day ride....  Plus it paused when we stopped for lunch, but didn't start again automatically unfortunately, so whether it has got itself muddled I don't know.  It seems to have recorded the entire length of the ride though even though the partial map I can see on the dashboard has a gap.  Most odd.  Next time I will have to do as you suggest and split it.

@SueM23Thanks for getting back.. I'm finding a regular restart of the watch helps.. Last night I lost over half of my HR recording and my sleep recording because the Pure Pulse HR lights switched off. The settings were OK.  A restart fixed that. The Fitbit had only detected 5 hours sleep. Also my Sleep HR Activity graph came up with an error on the PC..
