Sadly, most likely, no.

There are troubleshooting steps you can take, and I bet you've already done them :  forget Ionic from phone's bluetooth, reinstall app, restart phone, restart Ionic; remove Ionic from account and try to add it back on.

My newest sync issues correspond directly with the new Android app update and I haven't been able to sync since Thursday. I've removed it from the account and I can't even set it up again. It hangs up on the 4 digit bluetooth code. This has happened before, when they broke something with an app upgrade. Basically, we have to wait til they realize it and fix it again.

I've found that if I have more than one device (e.g. phone, ipad) in close proximity to my Ionic that it won't sync.  It's almost as if it's confused about which device to sync to.  Seems to resolve itself if you switch all but one device off.  It then syncs to that device.

I am experiencing same issue. However, I was able to reset and now all of my apps are not on fitbit. Only the clock, HR, steps, notifications. Swipe left, nothing. Swipe right battery%, screen wake, notifications. These bugs are ridiculous for a 300 device.
