That phone is unfortunately not on the Supported Devices List. Often unsupported devices do work, but when something changes (usually an update to phone or tracker) they may stop working.
All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Syncing issues. I hope you find something that works for you.

I tried to sync to my Samsung mobile too, which also was coupled with the tracker, but it does not work. However, Bluetooth of both the mobiles is working fine with other gadgets. How do I find out whether my tracker's Bluetooth is working.
Best AnswerMy Ionic tracker was linked with two mobiles. One plus 3 and Moto S5. It would sync with both for last three months. Now it is not syncing with both. Apparently tracker's Bluetooth is not functioning. However, both mobiles are working fine with all other gadgets. How do I resolve the problem.
