Hi guys wondering if anyone can help me, I have found the Ionic to be accurate when I'm wearing it and I am generally really impressed with it, however, the last few days I haven't been wearing my fitbit due to an ankle injury and have left my Ionic on top of my computer. I went to move it earlier and happened to notice I have 'walked' 13,195 steps?! I haven't worn my fitbit in days, just wondering why it seems to think I have done so many steps? Is there a possibility it has picked up on vibrations from my computer running?
Also, is there a way I can clear this data? As I like to look back on my progress and would rather have no steps for today than over 13,000 which I didn't do!
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
Many thanks,
Josie
Best AnswerI would guesss it is vibrations that have caused id. There is no way to clear the data though. Id give it a restart and store it somewhere more stable if you are not wearing it!
