where is the shortcuts screen on ionic?

from previous posts/answers about battery level on the watch:

You can see your battery level at any time: from the clock, swipe right to the shortcuts screen or open your Fitbit dashboard.

If I swipe right all it does is shift the clock face (currently on Arc by FitBit) a bit. It doesn't go to a new screen.

So how do you get to the above screen on the FitBit ionic watch?

That screen used to be available by swiping, but the latest update changed it to a long press on the left hand button.
