Ionic wont connect with wifi, is anyone else having this problem..

In what regard is it not connecting to WiFi?

In normal use, it does not connect. It tends to only connect when doing firmware updates or music transfer.

It also does not connect to 5 GHz WiFi.

None of my music on Ionic will play, I get an error saying Wi-Fi not found.

@twill78 music files already on your tracker do not need WiFi to play them .

WiFi is needed to transfer music to the tracker, is it during the transfer process that the error is seen? Does tgeterror show up on the Ionic or the Computer? 

Both the computer and the Ionic need to be on the same network. 

The ionic should be plugged in and charging.
