Hello @ngarbati and welcome to the Community. Don’t have a clue. Can you add some context? Did it come from Fitbit? I can’t read everything on the label, but is there anything helpful on it?

It came in the Fitbit box. It has nothing on the label except a number and Made in China. Are there Fitbit stores? My wife bought me this for Christmas last year and then was killed in a car accident, so I"m having issues with how it works.

@ngarbati There are no brick and mortar Fitbit stores. Everything that has anything to do with Fitbit has Fitbit's name and logo on it. I don't think you are obligated to do anything with it, you certainly aren't required to return unordered merchandise.
So sorry about the loss of your wife. My condolences.

@LZeeW , Thank you for your help.
@ngarbati , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and the picture included. My condolences for your lost.
This seems the device that you use to add/remove metal links (expand/retract) to a metal wristband. The 2 "gray"parts on the left side of the picture are the links.
I'm not quite sure if this was sent by Fitbit. Maybe your wife bought it from a 3rd party where the tool was added to the links.
