Can't manually add activities

I do not have the option when I hit the plus sign to manually add activity if my fitbit was charging or forgotten.

Hi there, @Pcleo1794. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to manually log your activities.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try manually logging an activity

My app is updated, I hit the plus sign and adding exercise is not an option. Only sleep, water, food and weight.

Hi @Pcleo1794.  I don't know if this is the answer for you or not.  I use an iPhone.  If I hide my Exercise metrics, meaning tapping on the Edit pencil, then toggle exercise off, my option to manually add activity disappears.  My option to start an exercise in the Track live section disappears, too.  I looked at you public profile and saw that you posted in the Android app forum years ago.  I don't know if this will help you or not.  The Android an iOS apps can be very different from each other.
