Hi
Sometimes when I go for a swim my fitbit records the wrong distance. In theory I can edit this after the exercise session to correct this, In practice I cannot. When I change the distance it shows for about a second or two but then reverts to the incorrect distance.
How can you fix this please?

Hi, it is rather frustrating, the same is happening to me too (trying to change duration and/or milage but after few second it reverts back). I had no issues doing that for many years, it is only happening for around 1-2 weeks. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks

Same. I keep trying to edit sleep and exercise duration and it won't save the edits. It's super frustrating. My fitbit recorded 25 minutes of "intense activity" (a walk/run) in zone minutes but only captured 10 minutes of a walk at the tail end of the walk/run session in exercise. I tried to adjust the start time to align with when I actually started running but it wouldn't work.

I am having the same problem. The only current solution seems to be to delete the activity and put it in yourself as a ‘new’ activity, with the correct time and distance.
Fitbit is particularly bad at figuring out swim distances.
