The android app can get all info from the Luxe except for messages/texts. I cannot restart the Luxe per the FAQ instructions b/c my charger has no little button to press 3 times, 1 second between presses. Is there another way to restart the Luxe? Or is the charger that was in my box the wrong one? Thank you.

Darn it, no. It's from Costco.com. I have looked with a lighted magnifying glass for the little reset hole, and their absolutely is none. I will either return it to Costco, or maybe buy a second charger from Amazon, making sure it has the reset hole. Thank you for your time answering.
Best Answer@mamose the restart button is very small, almost like a little nub. Costco has generous return policy, so you might be able to exchange it. Let us know what happens.
I've had to try this several times with my Luxe over the last few months. The reset buttons works periodically when it's in the mood to. The magnetic connection doesn't seem to be holding as it should. I've also gently cleaned off the sensors but still no luck.
