Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth.

I bought Fitbit luxe for my friend as a gift. We spent almost a day trying to set it up. Even pairing the tracker with the phone is extremely difficult. After pairing Fitbit just disconnects. We have tried all the troubleshooting steps several times but it simply doesn't work. Restart, forget BT device, another setup - nothing helps, luxe only connects to Bluetooth only once after settings/restart. We tried to follow the steps from this post -

 but it didn't help.

When new firmware update will be released? I and my friend are extremely disappointed. I bought a gift which does not work!

- face screen won't change (connection error)

- SpO2 doesn't work (premium plan was selected)

- notifications don't work as well

I am having the exact same issue. I got the Luxe as a birthday gift but so far i'm having a lot is connectivity issues with it not having a constant connection to my iphone, so now i receive no notifications whatsoever and I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions with no luck at all!! very frustrating.

SpO2 has been added to the firmware (v1.151.16) currently being rolled out. You should get a notification when it is avalible. 

 

Please stop trying to pair the tracker, the fitbit app manages this and will ask for permission to pair the tracker.
