Counting floors in Luxe

Does anyone know if Luxe is meant to count floors or is there something wrong with mine?

My old Fitbit used to count floors so I thought Luxe would do the same.

Hi @MamaBearKaz  only the Fitbits with an altimeter can recognize elevation. The Luxe can't tell you how many floors you've done because it lacks that component.
