Will there be an option to make payments using Luxe?

It's not mentioned in any of the material I've seen so far. So, no, at least not initially. It's also not clear yet whether it has the necessary hardware such that a software update could add it later.

As @SteveH has mentioned, Fitbit Luxe doesn't come with the Fitbit Pay feature. Find additional information about the device in our store and press release:

It doesn't have NFC, so I guess the answer is no. Its hardware is pretty basic (also no GPS, no altimeter, no temperature sensor, compared to the charge 4).
