I went for a 1 hour run with Luxe and my android app shows I had 125 zone minutes, why might it be?

Tap on Zone Minutes circle in phone app and read.

"Earn 1 Zone min for 1 minute for 1 minute in fat burn zone.

Earn 2 Zone mins for 1 minute in cardio or peak zone."

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Torchwood   The CDC and WHO revised their activity guidelines almost five years ago.  Both groups recommend  a minimum 150 minutes per week of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity or a combination of the two.  This is the basis for the 2x minutes in cardio and peak and Fitbit's default goals when you set up a new device.  Fitbit's AZM heart rate zones are also consistent with CDC target heart rates, although Fitbit uses RHR as part of the equation and the CDC doesn't.  Fitbit is unlikely to change things until the CDC or WHO revise their guidelines.
