I go for an hour long fast walk everyday . Today it hasn’t logged on my 7 days of exercise although it did give me the steps. Anyone know why ?

Today it worked in the app but not on my Luxe. App says  3 of 7. Luxe say 2 of 7. 
getting annoying   Only had for 3 weeks. First 2 weeks worked fine
