Hello @Becky667 and welcome to the Help forum.  I don't have a Luxe on my account right now, so I hope I'm giving you the correct information.  Look in the Settings app on the Luxe itself.  Swipe down on the clock face until you get to the Settings app.  Look for a section marked Device Info.  The MAC address should be there.  Here is a link to the Luxe manual.   Check out pages 14-18.

Hi - thank you for this. I found a number under device info but it’s not in the right format to be a MAC address. However - I think I have now found it - it’s engraved on the edge of my device, where the bracelet strap clicks into place.
