Hi,
So my partner got a Fitbit Luxe about 7 months ago. Brand new on the market at that moment.
The problem is that the screen won't turn on when she flicks her wrist to look at the tracker. This functionality has been turned on (checked it in the settings).
Is there anybody who is/has been facing these issues and the solution is to this?
FitBit possible major upgrade would be too have the option of connecting to a computer to be less dependant of wireless connections to update firmware.
Thanks for all info up front.

Hi @KHB255 be sure that water lock is turned off as well as the DND on the Luxe. Both would stop the display from showing on there when the wrist was moved. As for connecting to a computer, over the years the newer devices can't and more than likely won't in the future. Seems everything is going towards the smartwatches as many people don't even have a computer.
Should you need support after rechecking the settings, chat or phone is best. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hi Odyssey13,
Thank you very much for the suggestions. After these I have actually been able to find out that this happened straight after the last firmware update. It had put it on the silent mode with the moon icon. So this turned out to have been activated in some odd way.
Thanks for the help.
Best regards.
