1.) Change your clock face every couple days.
2.) Set "DND MODE" to "ON" this turns off all vibration notifications. Vibrations trigger shut downs.
Yes, it stinks to turn off all notifications. That was half the reason I bought a fitbit. But these two things are buying me some time, before I have to replace the Luxe.
It almost never turns off, now that I change the clock all the time. It's kind of fun to see the different faces.

Let me help you with your Luxe's display that is constantly turning of.
As i understand, the device turns off often and you are able to revive it by changing clock face or activating the DND mode. While this is not a normal behavior of the device, i appreciate you have found a way to troubleshoot it.
According to the description of the issue, i believe there's something wrong with the display. Display issues are usually resolved by restarting the device or changing the clock face as you have already realized. Have you tried to restart your Luxe?
