Fitbit Luxe factory defect

I just had my Fitbit luxe and it only last for 2 hours and need to charge again. Where can I return this since it was bought in another country?

Hi @Paoling08  Fitbit only takes a device back if it was purchased from them directly within 45 days. If it was purchased from another authorized retailer, you'd need to go to them. Otherwise, you need to work with support to see what the problem is. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
