Fitbit Luxe is unresponsive

Was absolutely fine, took it off to charge because it was running low on battery and now it's completely unresponsive. App won't connect and I've tried pressing the button on the charger 3x but no response.

Have you gotten yours to work yet? I'm having a similar problem I just posted a question about but would suggest you don't reset your luxe. Mine did restart when I pushed the charger button three times, but it kind of factory reset and now won't sync to my phone but shows as still connected to my phone and I'm still getting notifications.
