Fitbit Luxe keeps crashing

I’ve had this Luxe 5 days. It has crashed 6-8 times in the last 24 hours.
IPhone and Luxe. Everything installed this week. 
I installed a different clock face and changed the sleep sensitivity, but it continues to crash even after going back to default settings. 
Any ideas?

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
