Fitbit Luxe screen went blank

Yesterday the display on my luxe has stopped working. The actual tracker is working itself you can track the activity on the app, but the display is completely dead is there anything that can be done to fix this I have had this literally a month

Hi @Jkv68  any chance you may have put it on water lock, which keeps the screen off?

I have use the water lock before, but at least the display still shows the time when it’s locked. Right now the display is completely dead and it is charged at 78% and recording the activity on the app
