Hi all

My luxe will not charge. I’ve connected it to multiple wall chargers and still not charging. Any tips?

Check your charger that came with your Fitbit Luxe. It should have 2 pins. My daughters Luxe charger only had 1 and wouldn't charge. So we requested a new charger.

I Was also wondering for the best solutions to fix my Fitbit and thankfully I got this and then I tried all the ways that are pointed there. NOw my Luxe is working fine🤗 and not getting issues.
