Fitbit Luxe won't charge

My Luxe stopping working overnight. No display, not tracking steps, and difficult to get it to charge. Thanks for any input!

Let's start by trying these quick fixes:

    • Check both ends of the charging cable.
    • Try another USB port or wall charger.
    • Clean the Fitbit and cable contacts.
    • If the battery was dead, give it an hour or two.
